Adel – Thank you so much for hosting us this evening at the soft opening of your new café. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with you and looking around, and especially sampling the wonderful food. We came home and ate the croissant/cheese sandwiches which were wonderful. Having lived in France twice and visited often over the last 45 years, we feel that we know a thing or two about croissants and baguettes! These croissants were nice and flaky and crispy and delicious! That baguettes had a nice soft interior and a nice crispy crust and sure did go down well with a little butter.
